合同履約期限：本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經(jīng)過采購人考核合格后，合同續(xù)簽一年，最長不超過三年。本次預(yù)算服務(wù)期限為****年1月1日至****年**月**日（本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非原服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費，待項目采購?fù)瓿珊笥芍袠?biāo)人按中標(biāo)價折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費用。）。
