簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目是按照上海市浦東新區(qū)南匯新城鎮(zhèn)人民政府統(tǒng)一部署和要求，嚴(yán)格遵守各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，加強(qiáng)服務(wù)隊(duì)伍教育管理，不斷完善各項(xiàng)服務(wù)工作措施。本項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容為：在大型活動(dòng)舉辦期間，根據(jù)采購人下達(dá)的工作任務(wù)，開展臨時(shí)輔警相關(guān)工作，配合進(jìn)行包含但不限于巡查、發(fā)現(xiàn)、記錄、上報(bào)并協(xié)助處置工作中的各類突出問題，協(xié)助處置各類安全問題，保障活動(dòng)順利進(jìn)行，輔助開展秩序維護(hù)、治安維穩(wěn)、配合性抓捕、看守押解、現(xiàn)場管控、交通管理等工作，實(shí)際服務(wù)內(nèi)容以采購人及其相關(guān)部門下達(dá)工作任務(wù)為準(zhǔn)
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project is carried out according to the unified deployment and requirements of the Nanhui New Town People's Government of Pudong New, Shanghai, strictly abide by various rules and regulations, strengthen the education and management of the service team, and continuously improve various service measures. The main content of project is: during the period of large-scale activities, carry out temporary police auxiliary work according to the tasks assigned by the procuring entity, cooperate in patrolling discovering, recording, reporting, and assisting in dealing with various prominent problems in the work, assist in handling various safety issues, ensure the smooth progress of the activities and assist in maintaining order, public security, cooperative capture, custody and escort, on-site control, traffic management, etc. The actual service content is subject to tasks assigned by the procuring entity and its relevant departments.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動(dòng)）；
4、具備省市級(jí)公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
5、符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)。
6、項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.
