(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）本項(xiàng)目面向中小微企業(yè)（含中型、小型、微型企業(yè)）采購(gòu)；
（2）具有獨(dú)立企業(yè)法人資格，持有效期內(nèi)的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照和安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（3）具有建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
（4）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)具有建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)注冊(cè)建造師二級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不接受組成聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
（6）未被列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單的供應(yīng)商。（以在“信用中國(guó)”網(wǎng)站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）和中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）查詢(xún)的投標(biāo)截止當(dāng)天前三年內(nèi)的信用記錄為準(zhǔn)）。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This project is aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium, small, and micro enterprises); (2) Having independent corporate legal personality, holding valid business license and safety production license; (3) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (4) The project leader should have a second level or higher qualification as a registered constructor in the field of construction engineering; (5) This project does not accept consortium bidding. (6) Suppliers who have not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, or records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement. (Credit records within the three years prior to the bidding deadline, as queried on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn), shall prevail.).
