簡要規(guī)則描述：為進(jìn)一步規(guī)范萬祥鎮(zhèn)建筑垃圾、裝修垃圾殘渣的清運(yùn)、處置管理，加快推進(jìn)高效的收運(yùn)、分揀、處置體系，根據(jù)浦東新區(qū)綠化市容管理局《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)浦東新區(qū)裝修垃圾收運(yùn)處置管理的通知》等文件精神，擬委托有資質(zhì)的運(yùn)營單位對萬祥鎮(zhèn)金路村樹原路的鎮(zhèn)級建筑垃圾、裝修垃圾中轉(zhuǎn)站進(jìn)行日常運(yùn)行管理工作。
Brief Specification Description:In order to further standardize the management of construction waste and renovation waste residue in Wanxiang Town, and to accelerate the promotion of an collection, sorting, and disposal system, we will entrust a qualified operating unit to manage the daily operations of the town's construction waste and renovation waste transfer station in Jinlu Village, Shuyuan Road, according to the spirit of documents such as the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Renovation Waste and Disposal in Pudong New Area" from the Pudong New Area Greening and City Appearance Administration.

（4）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。承接主體不得將服務(wù)項目轉(zhuǎn)包給其他主體。
（5）符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal person or non-legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of our country (this does not accept branches participating in procurement activities under their own names); (4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. The service provider shall not subcontract service project to other entities.
