簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開招標(biāo)的方式擇優(yōu)選擇一家供應(yīng)商配合合慶鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)城運(yùn)中心有效開展鎮(zhèn)域范圍內(nèi)消防滅火、搶險(xiǎn)工作的開展，同時(shí)承擔(dān)區(qū)域內(nèi)消防知識(shí)宣傳，指導(dǎo)村（居）委開展消防演練等工作，完善鎮(zhèn)域內(nèi)消防安全責(zé)任體系、消防基礎(chǔ)保障設(shè)施體系、消防應(yīng)急救援體系和宣傳教育體系，提升群眾防災(zāi)減災(zāi)、自防自救等意識(shí)和能力；為鎮(zhèn)域內(nèi)商鋪提供專業(yè)消防安全監(jiān)管、巡查、演練等服務(wù)。（具體內(nèi)容及要求詳見招標(biāo)文件第三章—服務(wù)需求書）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The project intends to select a supplier through public bidding to cooperate with the urban transportation center of Heqing Town to effectively carry out fire fighting and rescue work within the town, and at the same time undertake the promotion of fire protection knowledge in the region, guide the village (resident) committee to carry out fire drills and other work, improve the fire safety responsibility system, fire infrastructure support facilities system, fire emergency rescue system and publicity and education system in the town, and enhance the awareness and ability of the masses to prevent and reduce disasters, self-defense and self-rescue; Provide professional fire safety supervision, inspection, drills and other services for shops in the town. 合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目采購預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為****年**月**日起至****年**月**日。由于預(yù)算項(xiàng)目調(diào)整原因，本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)費(fèi)用，待項(xiàng)目采購?fù)瓿珊笥芍袠?biāo)人按中標(biāo)價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位，費(fèi)用按中標(biāo)價(jià)/**5*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計(jì)算。
