簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為滿足老年人特別是高齡、獨(dú)居、空巢和生活不能自理等老年群體助餐服務(wù)需求，為老年人提供訂餐、就餐、送餐便捷服務(wù)，增強(qiáng)老年人的居家幸福感。根據(jù)《合慶鎮(zhèn)黨委會(huì)會(huì)議紀(jì)要》（****-**專項(xiàng)）的要求，全年按實(shí)際發(fā)生工作日助餐計(jì)算，每餐**.**元/人（含成本支出、規(guī)費(fèi)、管理費(fèi)、稅金、利潤(rùn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)金、各類保險(xiǎn)、各類不可預(yù)見費(fèi)用（帶薪休假、意外傷害、因國(guó)家新頒布政策法規(guī)而增加的支出）等為完成本項(xiàng)目的一切費(fèi)用）。現(xiàn)通過競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商方式擇優(yōu)選擇一家供應(yīng)商為本項(xiàng)目合慶北片地區(qū)提供老年人助餐服務(wù)，餐飲服務(wù)企業(yè)要確保食品安全，按時(shí)保質(zhì)保量完成。
Brief Specification Description:To meet the needs of elderly people, especially those who are elderly, living alone, empty nest, and unable to take care of themselves, we provide convenient services for ordering, dining, and delivering meals to enhance their sense of home happiness. According to the requirements of the "Minutes of the Heqing Town Party Committee Meeting" (****-** Special Project), the meal assistance fee for the whole year is calculated based on the actual working days, at a rate of **.** yuan per person per meal (including cost expenditures, fees, management fees, taxes, profits, risk funds, various insurances, various unforeseeable expenses (paid leave, accidental injuries, additional expenses due to newly issued national policies and regulations), etc., which are all expenses for completing this project).
