簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目主要是通過(guò)公開采購(gòu)的方式選擇一家合格的供應(yīng)商為采購(gòu)人提供合慶鎮(zhèn)網(wǎng)格化綜合管理服務(wù)。工作內(nèi)容包括但不限于：開展綜合值守應(yīng)急、街面市容環(huán)衛(wèi)巡查、****5工單應(yīng)急處置等網(wǎng)絡(luò)化綜合管理工作，確保城市保障工作平穩(wěn)有序推進(jìn)。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The main purpose of this project is to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to provide the purchaser with grid comprehensive management services in Heqing Town. The work content includes but is not limited to: carrying out comprehensive on-duty emergency response, street appearance and sanitation inspection, ****5 work order emergency disposal and other networked comprehensive management work to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of urban security work. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為****年**月1日起至****年**月**日。由于預(yù)算下?lián)軙r(shí)間原因，本次采購(gòu)工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)費(fèi)用，待項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)?fù)瓿珊笥沙山还?yīng)商按成交價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位，費(fèi)用按成交總價(jià)/**5*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計(jì)算。
The Contract Period:The service period covered by the procurement budget for this project is from December 1, **** to November **, ****. (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
（4）具備省市級(jí)公安部門核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Have a valid "Security Service Permit" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
