（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）擬派項目負責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負責(zé)人；
（7）業(yè)績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) It has the qualification of municipal public works construction general contracting level 3 and above; (5) Have a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of the second level or above in municipal public works, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: none.
