簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程位于上海市浦東新區(qū)曹路，龔華路東側(cè)、金海路以南區(qū)域，對(duì)9號(hào)線曹路站3號(hào)口南側(cè)區(qū)域及金海路南側(cè)林下空間進(jìn)行改造升級(jí)，以增設(shè)非機(jī)動(dòng)車停放區(qū)域，同時(shí)提升地鐵站周邊整體交通秩序與市民出行體驗(yàn)。施工內(nèi)容包括：場(chǎng)地工程、綠化工程、大門出入口及廣告牌、標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌工程、排水工程、照明以及監(jiān)控等工程（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見磋商文件及工程量清單內(nèi)容）。
Brief Specification Description:The project is located in Cao Road, east side of Gonghua Road and south of Jinhai Road in Pudong New District of Shanghai City. The area south of No.3 Exit of Cao Road Station of Line 9 and the undergrowth space on the south side of Jinhai Road will be reconstructed and upgraded to add non-motor vehicle parking area and improve the overall traffic order and public travel experience around the subway station. The construction contents include: site engineering, greening engineering, gate entrances and billboards, signage engineering, drainage engineering, lighting and monitoring engineering (for specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the consultation document and bill of quantities).

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With municipal public works construction general contracting grade III and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The person in charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above of municipal public engineering specialty, has valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
