Suppliers that meet the requirements of Article ** of the People's Republic of China Government Procurement Law. 2. Suppliers who have been registered and entered the warehouse under the Shanghai Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Method. 3. Suppliers who are not listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as defaulters, major tax violators, or those with serious government procurement violations and fraud listed on the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.ccgp.gov.cn).

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商。
2、根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應(yīng)商登記及誠信管理辦法》已登記入庫的供應(yīng)商。
3、未被列入《信用中國網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單。
4、為該采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再該采購項目的其他采購活動。
5、單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同投標人，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。

Suppliers whose legal representatives are the same person or have direct direct ownership or management relationships shall not participate in the same procurement activity under the same contract. 6.
