簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：擬通過公開招標(biāo)的方式，選擇一家合格的單位對(duì)農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)綜合垃圾、秸稈、大件垃圾、建筑垃圾以及無責(zé)任單位區(qū)域產(chǎn)生的垃圾進(jìn)行收運(yùn)，做到日產(chǎn)日清。同時(shí)，按照規(guī)定對(duì)不同垃圾進(jìn)行分揀、處置。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:It is proposed to select a qualified unit to collect and transport comprehensive garbage, straw, bulky garbage, construction waste and garbage generated in the area of non-responsible units through public bidding, so as to achieve Nissan Nissin. At the same time, different garbage is sorted and disposed of in accordance with regulations. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目預(yù)算服務(wù)期限為1年，日期為****年1月1日起到****年**月**日止。（本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非原服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，待項(xiàng)目采購?fù)瓿珊笥芍袠?biāo)人按中標(biāo)價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費(fèi)用。）本項(xiàng)目采取招一續(xù)二的形式，對(duì)工作質(zhì)量考核達(dá)標(biāo)的中標(biāo)人可以續(xù)標(biāo)，服務(wù)期限合計(jì)不超過三年，即合同一年一簽，最長不超過三年，具體以合同簽訂日期為準(zhǔn)。
