簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程位于合慶鎮(zhèn) PDP0-**** 單元 **-** 地塊，東至順連路，南至寶翠路，西至**-** 地塊，北至 **-** 地塊。項(xiàng)目用地面積約 **** 平方米（以實(shí)測為準(zhǔn)）。本項(xiàng)目辦學(xué)規(guī)模按**班設(shè)置。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容是：新建幼兒園教學(xué)樓，以及地下車庫、門衛(wèi)房、垃圾房、變電站等輔助用房，同步實(shí)施室外活動場地、道路、圍墻、綠化、給排水等配套室外總體設(shè)施?？偨ㄖ娣e暫按 **** 平方米控制，其中地上建筑面積約****平方米，地下建筑面積約****平方米。本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開采購的方式，擇優(yōu)選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商為該工程提供代建服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）

合同履約期限： 自合同簽訂之日起至整個(gè)項(xiàng)目代建服務(wù)范圍內(nèi)各項(xiàng)目全部驗(yàn)收完畢，并向采購人完整提供相關(guān)服務(wù)文檔之日止。
