1、招標(biāo)條件
項(xiàng)目概況:高壓液壓控制閥門(mén)、高壓熱電偶，包括**臺(tái)高壓液壓控制閥門(mén)及3臺(tái)控制器、**3臺(tái)高壓熱電偶。高壓液壓控制閥門(mén)，是壓力等級(jí)在 PN**0 以上的脈沖閥、產(chǎn)品閥、緊急排放閥、開(kāi)關(guān)閥；高壓熱電偶是使用在反應(yīng)器系統(tǒng)中的熱電偶；包括備品備件、專(zhuān)用工具和技術(shù)服務(wù)。

3、投標(biāo)人資格要求
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):1）境內(nèi)企業(yè)須具有獨(dú)立法人資格，提供有效營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照；境外企業(yè)，根據(jù)該國(guó)（地區(qū)）的法律，須提供在主要制造廠地址注冊(cè)的有關(guān)證明文件。
2）投標(biāo)人須提供****年至投標(biāo)截止日期止（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），1套**萬(wàn)噸/年及以上LDPE或LDPE/EVA裝置高壓液壓控制閥門(mén)及高壓熱電偶的業(yè)績(jī)，業(yè)績(jī)必須是高壓液壓控制閥門(mén)及高壓熱電偶的整套裝置業(yè)績(jī)，需提供有效的合同掃描件（包含合同首頁(yè)、供貨清單、簽字頁(yè)、原件備查）。
3）本項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)人須為高壓液壓控制閥門(mén)及高壓熱電偶的制造廠商，不接受代理商投標(biāo)。

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2) The bidder shall provide the supply performance from **** to the bidding deadline (subject to the contract signing time), one set of ** **** tons / year and above. The contract scan (the contract shall at least include the home page, technical part and signature page). If the contract does not reflect the above content, other relevant effective supporting materials shall be provided and the original for future reference.
