項目概況:高壓液壓控制閥門、高壓熱電偶，包括**臺高壓液壓控制閥門及3臺控制器、**3臺高壓熱電偶。高壓液壓控制閥門，是壓力等級在 PN**0 以上的脈沖閥、產(chǎn)品閥、緊急排放閥、開關閥；高壓熱電偶是使用在反應器系統(tǒng)中的熱電偶；包括備品備件、專用工具和技術服務。

3、投標人資格要求
投標人應具備的資格或業(yè)績:1）境內企業(yè)須具有獨立法人資格，提供有效營業(yè)執(zhí)照；境外企業(yè)，根據(jù)該國（地區(qū)）的法律，須提供在主要制造廠地址注冊的有關證明文件。
2）投標人須提供****年至投標截止日期止（以合同簽訂時間為準），1套**萬噸/年及以上LDPE或LDPE/EVA裝置高壓液壓控制閥門及高壓熱電偶的業(yè)績，業(yè)績必須是高壓液壓控制閥門及高壓熱電偶的整套裝置業(yè)績，需提供有效的合同掃描件（包含合同首頁、供貨清單、簽字頁、原件備查）。
3）本項目的投標人須為高壓液壓控制閥門及高壓熱電偶的制造廠商，不接受代理商投標。

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2) The bidder shall provide the supply performance from **** to the bidding deadline (subject to the contract signing time), one set of ** **** tons / year and above. The contract scan (the contract shall at least include the home page, technical part and signature page). If the contract does not reflect the above content, other relevant effective supporting materials shall be provided and the original for future reference.
