簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目主要服務內容是對浦東新區(qū)黨政機關重要信息網絡系統設施開展網絡安全防護、安全評估、滲透測試、云服務器防病毒、應急演練、應急響應和重保等技術服務，完善網絡數據安全應急處置機制，支撐新區(qū)大數據中心全天候網絡安全日常管理，協助網絡安全制度體系建設、網絡安全績效管理，協助等保工作推進、數據安全工作推進、漏洞管理和咨詢培訓等服務。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）。
Brief Specification Description:The main service content of this project is to carry out technical services such as network security protection, security assessment, penetration testing, cloud server anti-virus, emergency drills, emergency response and heavy insurance for the important information network system facilities of the party and government organs in Pudong New Area, improve the network data security emergency response mechanism, support the all-weather daily network security management of the big data center in the new area, assist in the construction of network security system and network security performance management, assist in the promotion of classified protection work, data security work, vulnerability management and consulting and training services. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
合同履約期限：本項目預算金額所涵蓋的服務期限為****年**月**日至****年**月**日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務商繼續(xù)履行服務，如本次成交供應商非原服務商，則新成交供應商按照成交價折算支付給原服務單位相應的服務費用，費用按成交總價/**5*原單位服務天數計算。
