2.參與采購(gòu)活動(dòng)

5.遠(yuǎn)程開標(biāo)設(shè)備必須符合配置要求（配置要求詳見操作手冊(cè)）。項(xiàng)目開標(biāo)前，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)當(dāng)提前檢查電力供應(yīng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境和遠(yuǎn)程開標(biāo)會(huì)議有關(guān)設(shè)施、設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定性和安全性，并對(duì)必要的軟件進(jìn)行提前啟動(dòng)，投標(biāo)人因自身原因?qū)е聼o(wú)法完成響應(yīng)或者不能進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)時(shí)交互的，自行承擔(dān)相應(yīng)后果。
6.本項(xiàng)目以電子投標(biāo)文件的內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)，不再收取紙質(zhì)投標(biāo)文件及相關(guān)原件等紙質(zhì)材料。
