簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：服務(wù)商需在指定的停車場站建設(shè)并運維充電機，可同時為我司滿足最高**5輛純電動公交車提供充電服務(wù)；服務(wù)商負責公交場站充電設(shè)備的充電操作服務(wù)、充電設(shè)備的運行及維護，相關(guān)配套的變配電站的運行及維護。（詳見第三章項目概況及技術(shù)服務(wù)要求）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The service provider is required to construct and operate charging machines at designated parking lots, which can provide charging services for up to **5 pure electric buses for our company at the same time; The service provider is responsible for the charging operation service of the charging equipment at the bus station, the operation and maintenance of the charging equipment, and the operation and maintenance of the related supporting substations. (See Chapter 3 Project Overview and Technical Service Requirements for details)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:1. （2）本項目非專門面向中小企業(yè)采購；
（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動；
（4）法人依法設(shè)立的分支機構(gòu)以自己的名義參與投標時，應(yīng)提供依法登記的相關(guān)證明材料和由法人出具的授權(quán)其分支機構(gòu)在其經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購活動并承擔全部民事責任的書面授權(quán)。法人與其分支機構(gòu)不得同時參與同一項目的采購活動；
（5）本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標，不允許合同轉(zhuǎn)讓與分包。
