(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：本項(xiàng)目需具備：(1)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的水利水電工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；(2)擬任項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有水行政主管部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書》(B 證)(在有效期內(nèi))；(3)擬任項(xiàng)目安全負(fù)責(zé)人須具有水行政主管部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書》(C 證)(在有效期內(nèi))。本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:This project requires: (1) Grade III or above Construction General Contracting Qualification for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; (2) The proposed project manager must have a Safety Production Assessment Qualification Certificate (B certificate) issued by the water administration department (within its validity period); (3) The proposed project safety officer must have a Safety Production Assessment Qualification Certificate (C certificate) issued by the water administration department (within its validity period). This project is specifically open to procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises.
