Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The Zhuqiao Town comprehensive waste disposal project is planned to implement the Zhuqiao Town comprehensive waste disposal project, including on-site collection of rural household waste, removal of household waste from residential areas, and removal of household waste from enterprises and institutions; Construction and decoration waste in residential areas, large waste from residential areas, green waste, and rural agricultural waste are cleared and disposed of.
合同履約期限：招一續(xù)二，合同一年一簽。（擬定期限為****年3月**日至****年3月**日，首年度合同日期為****年3月**日至****年3月**日，如完成采購時間為****年3月**日以后，則首年度合同期限按照簽訂服務(wù)協(xié)議日作為起始日計算。）

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）具有獨立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力及相應(yīng)的履約能力；
（2）本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購；
（3）符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
（4）單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動；
（5）法人依法設(shè)立的分支機構(gòu)以自己的名義參與投標時，應(yīng)提供依法登記的相關(guān)證明材料和由法人出具的授權(quán)其分支機構(gòu)在其經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購活動并承擔(dān)全部民事責(zé)任的書面授權(quán)。法人與其分支機構(gòu)不得同時參與同一項目的采購活動；
