簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：采購人擬選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商提供城管市容管理綜合輔助服務(wù)，主要內(nèi)容包括社區(qū)工作站聯(lián)勤聯(lián)動日常綜合管理、浦東大道及東方醫(yī)院周邊市容環(huán)境秩序保障、專項整治保障、應(yīng)急服務(wù)保障等。本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，合同到期后采購人將對中標(biāo)人的服務(wù)情況及工作考核結(jié)果進(jìn)行評價。采購人可根據(jù)評價結(jié)果與中標(biāo)人續(xù)簽服務(wù)合同。如年度考核未通過或項目內(nèi)容及價格變動較大的（變動幅度超過原合同采購金額**%），則不再續(xù)簽合同，重新采購。本項目采購預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限：自****年4月1日起至****年3月**日止。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The purchaser intends to select a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive auxiliary services for urban management and city appearance management, including the daily comprehensive management of community workstation joint logistics linkage, Pudong Avenue and the surrounding city appearance and environment order guarantee, special rectification guarantee, emergency service guarantee, etc. The project is valid for three years at a time, and the contract is signed once a year, and the purchaser will evaluate the service and work assessment results of the winning bidder after the contract expires. The purchaser can renew the service contract with the winning bidder according to the evaluation results. If the annual assessment is not passed or the project content and price change greatly (the change range exceeds **% of the original contract procurement amount), the contract will not be renewed and the purchase will be re-purchased.
