簡要規(guī)則描述：采購人擬選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商對轄區(qū)老舊小區(qū)建筑垃圾進(jìn)行清運(yùn)。參與本項(xiàng)目的供應(yīng)商須為****年**月經(jīng)上海市浦東新區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境局招標(biāo)確定并向社會公布的“浦東新區(qū)****-****年度裝修垃圾作業(yè)服務(wù)單位項(xiàng)目”的中標(biāo)企業(yè)。供應(yīng)商在服務(wù)期限內(nèi)須始終保持有效，一旦不在名單內(nèi)就終止合作。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description: The purchaser intends to select a qualified supplier to clean up and transport the construction waste in the old community under its jurisdiction. /b**> The suppliers participating in this project must be the winning bidders of the "Pudong New Area ****-**** Decoration Waste Operation Service Unit Project" that was determined by the bidding of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Ecological Environment Bureau in November **** and announced to the public. The supplier must remain valid for the duration of the service and terminate the cooperation if it is not on the list. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
