本項(xiàng)目有如下變更，敬請注意：

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績變更如下：

1）本項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)人須為經(jīng)編機(jī)的制造廠商，不接受代理商投標(biāo)。

2）業(yè)績要求：投標(biāo)人需提供自****年至今（以合同簽訂日期為準(zhǔn)），所投產(chǎn)品（用于生產(chǎn)煤礦井下用聚酯纖維防護(hù)網(wǎng)）在煤礦井下用聚酯纖維防護(hù)網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)廠家的銷售業(yè)績不低于5臺（套），并需隨附相應(yīng)的銷售合同掃描件作為證明文件。

3）國外投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在中國設(shè)有長駐服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，并提供相關(guān)證明；

4）投標(biāo)人沒有處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)、財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管、凍結(jié)、破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)（投標(biāo)人須對此條款自行承諾并對真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)）

Qualifications or Performance：1) Bidders for this project shall be the manufacturer of Warp knitting machine and agents shall not be accepted;

2) Performance Requirement: The bidder shall provide sales performance of their bidding product (used for the production of polyester fiber protective netting for underground coal mines) to manufacturers of polyester fiber protective netting for underground coal mines since ****. The sales performance should be no less than 5 sets (or units), and corresponding copies of sales contracts must be attached.

3) Bidders from overseas should have a permanent service institution in China and shall be proved by relevant evidence;

4) The bidder shall not be in a state of being ordered to cease operations, having its assets taken over, frozen, or bankrupt (the bidder must make own commitment to this clause and be responsible for its authenticity).
