(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）供應(yīng)商須具有水工金屬結(jié)構(gòu)制作與安裝工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)資質(zhì)，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理必須持有水利水電工程專業(yè)二級(jí)注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，還須具備水行政主管部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)》（B證），其余施工人員須持證上崗。
（4）本項(xiàng)目為專門面向中小企業(yè)項(xiàng)目。
（5）本項(xiàng)目不允許聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Suppliers must have a secondary contracting qualification for the production and installation of hydraulic metal structures, and the project manager must hold a Level II registered constructor qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering. They must also possess a Safety Production Assessment Certificate (B certificate) issued by the water administration department. All other construction personnel must be certified to work.
(4) This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
