Brief Specification Description:Conduct professional inspections on bridges in some villages within the jurisdiction of Huinan Town. This includes 7 Haishen villages, 2 Huidong villages, 6 Lulou villages, 1 Lulu village, 5 Minle villages, 2 Tanglu villages, 9 Ximen villages, ** Hero villages, ** Yongle villages, 7 Far East villages, and 6 Changjiang villages, totaling ** villages. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions in the negotiation document (see procurement requirements for details).

(3)交通運(yùn)輸部公路工程綜合甲級檢測機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)或交通運(yùn)輸部公路工程橋梁隧道工程檢測機(jī)構(gòu)專項(xiàng)資質(zhì)；
(4)具有省級及以上質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督部門頒發(fā)的檢驗(yàn)檢測機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書（CMA）；
(5)具有承接本項(xiàng)目的人員、設(shè)備及其他條件；
(6)具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會計(jì)制度；
(7)有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄；
(8)供應(yīng)商在近三年內(nèi)無違法犯罪記錄；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Qualification of Comprehensive Grade A Testing Institution for Highway Engineering of the Ministry of Transport or Special Qualification of Testing Institution for Bridge and Tunnel Engineering of Highway Engineering of the Ministry of Transport; (4) Having a Certificate of Qualification for Inspection and Testing Institutions (CMA) issued by a provincial-level or above quality and technical supervision department; (5) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (6) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (7) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (8) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years;
