簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選取一家專業(yè)的供應(yīng)商通過實(shí)地踏勘（錄入檢查表）、面對(duì)面訪問（調(diào)查問卷）等方式在服務(wù)期內(nèi)上下半年各檢查一次，共完成不少于****個(gè)小區(qū)的滿意度調(diào)查和不少于****個(gè)小區(qū)的實(shí)效測評(píng)。利用信息化手段，通過數(shù)據(jù)輸入、整理、分析后形成總測評(píng)報(bào)告和各街鎮(zhèn)分報(bào)告，以了解住宅小區(qū)物業(yè)管理行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、分析短板和難點(diǎn)，同時(shí)可以作為物業(yè)管理行業(yè)考核評(píng)價(jià)的參考以及為住宅小區(qū)物業(yè)管理提質(zhì)增能提供對(duì)策和建議。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The project intends to select a professional supplier through competitive negotiation and conduct field survey (entry checklist) and face-to-face interview (questionnaire) during the first and second half of the service period, so as to complete the satisfaction survey of no less than 5,**0 communities and the effectiveness evaluation of no less than 5,**0 communities. By means of information technology, the general evaluation report and sub-report of each street and town are formed after data input, collation and analysis to understand the status quo of the property management industry in residential communities, analyze the shortcomings and difficulties, and provide countermeasures and suggestions for the assessment and evaluation of the property management industry in residential communities. (For details, see Chapter 3 Purchase Requirements)

3、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3.
