2、其他補(bǔ)充事項(xiàng)：（1）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間前盡早加密上傳投標(biāo)文件，電話通知 招標(biāo)人進(jìn)行簽收，并及時(shí)查看招標(biāo)人在電子采購(gòu)平臺(tái)上的簽收情況，以免因臨近投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間上傳造成招標(biāo)人無(wú)法在開標(biāo)前完成簽收的情形。未簽 收的投標(biāo)文件視為投標(biāo)未完成。（2）本項(xiàng)目為政府采購(gòu)電子招標(biāo)，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)自行下載政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)上最新招投標(biāo)流程供應(yīng)商操作手冊(cè)并按相關(guān)規(guī)定操作，如因技術(shù) 操作原因造成無(wú)法正常開標(biāo)、評(píng)標(biāo)的，后果由投標(biāo)人自行承擔(dān)，招標(biāo)人對(duì)此不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。
