Bidding Notice for Management Consulting(Supervision) Services of Color Steel Plate Transformation EPC Project

1. Bidding Conditions

The Tenderee of the Management Consulting(Supervision) Services of Color Steel Plate Transformation EPC Project（hereinafter referred to as the“Services”）is Port Qasim Electric Power Company (Private) Limited(“PQEPC”) .

PQEPC shall hold a Public Bidding for the Services since the Servicesha vemet the Public Bidding requirements.

2. Project Introduction and the Scope of Services

２.1 Services Name: Management Consulting( Supervision) Services of Color Steel Plate Transformation EPC Project

２.2 Project Address：Plot No. EIZ/LL/SP-**, Eastern Industrial Zone, Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan

２.3 Scope of Services:

Provide comprehensive management consulting (supervision) services for the EPC project of color steel plates for the coal-fired power plant in Port Qasim. Including but not limited to supervision and management of the design, procurement, construction and other stages to ensure that the project proceeds smoothly in accordance with the contract requirements.

The bidder shall dispatch professionals with relevant experience and qualifications to be stationed on site to supervise and guide the entire process of color steel plate installation, including but not limited to the management of construction quality, cost, schedule, safety and other aspects. Propose rectification opinions in a timely manner for problems found on site and follow up on the rectification situation .

２.4 Services Period

The service period starts from the signing of the contract and concludes once the color steel plate installation project has been successfully completed and accepted, all project data has been handed over, and the warranty period has expired.

3. Qualification Requirements For Bidders

３.1 The Bidder must hold Grade B or higher Qualification in House-building Supervision.

３.2 The Bidder shall haveservice experience in similar projects, experience in Paksitan is preferred .

３.3 The personnel assigned to the project shall meet the requirements for project implementation and schedule.

３.4 Other requirements as mentioned in detail in the bidding documents.

4. Acquisitionof Bidding Documents

The Bidders may obtain a complete set of Bidding Documents from the PQEPC"s Head office (online pdf file will be shared) with a letter of introduction, before **:** hours March **, ****(Pakistan Time) for free.

5. Submission of Bids

The Bids in soft copy (together with scanned copy in PDF and editable word version) shall be submitted to the Email Address at or before April **, ****, **:** a.m (Pakistan time).

The Bids must be encrypted and the password provided to the tenderee at the time of bid opening.
