簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商的方式選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商針對(duì)浦東新區(qū)老舊小區(qū)功能提升改造（物業(yè)微平臺(tái)）提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)保障微平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，具體服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括區(qū)域中心智能解析（街道側(cè)）網(wǎng)絡(luò)、邊緣智能解析（小區(qū)側(cè)）網(wǎng)絡(luò)、物聯(lián)感知網(wǎng)絡(luò)、線路運(yùn)維巡檢服務(wù)、SSL VPN接入服務(wù)等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive negotiation to provide network services for the functional upgrading and renovation of old residential areas in Pudong New Area (property micro-platform) to ensure the stable operation of the micro-platform system. The specific services include regional center intelligent analysis (street side) network, edge intelligent analysis (cell side) network, iot awareness network, line operation and maintenance inspection service, SSL VPN access service, etc. (For details, see Chapter 3 Purchase Requirements)

2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
