簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選取一家合格的供應商承辦《陸家嘴街道志》的編纂工作，工作內(nèi)容包括：業(yè)務指導、資料征集、圖文編寫、編校審稿、排版設計及后續(xù)協(xié)助采購人申請刊號等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier to undertake the compilation work of "Lujiazui Street Chronicle" through competitive negotiation, including: business guidance, data collection, graphic writing, editing, proofreading, typesetting design, and follow-up assistance to the purchaser in applying for serial number. (For details, see Chapter 3 Purchase Requirements)
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起**個月。

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目是專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格扣除優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
