簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為進(jìn)一步落實(shí)城市精細(xì)化管理要求，保障城市運(yùn)行安全，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)固體廢物污染環(huán)境防治法》、《上海市市容環(huán)境衛(wèi)生管理?xiàng)l例》以及《上海市建筑垃圾處理管理規(guī)定》等要求，本項(xiàng)目擬通過公開采購(gòu)的方式，委托第三方專業(yè)隊(duì)伍開展建筑垃圾第三方監(jiān)管信息采集工作。實(shí)施范圍覆蓋全區(qū)**個(gè)街鎮(zhèn)，具體包括渣土條線的出土工地裝點(diǎn)、工程渣土消納卸點(diǎn)、渣土運(yùn)輸車輛、突發(fā)點(diǎn)位與其他臨時(shí)交辦點(diǎn)位等。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）。
Brief Specification Description:In order to further implement the requirements of refined urban management and ensure the safety of urban operation, in accordance with the requirements of the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management Regulations, and the Shanghai Construction Waste Treatment Management Regulations, this project plans to entrust a third-party professional team to carry out the collection of third-party supervision information on construction waste through public procurement. The implementation scope covers ** streets and towns in the entire district, including the decoration of excavation sites for soil strips, disposal and unloading points for engineering waste, transportation vehicles for waste, emergency points, and other temporary assigned points. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details).
