簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目建設地點位為：老港鎮(zhèn)拱極東路北側(cè)老港固廢基地周邊生態(tài)防護林，新場鎮(zhèn)坦東村、蔣橋村和眾安村，周浦鎮(zhèn)北莊村，實施面積共計****.**畝(具體以實測為準)。建設內(nèi)容為間伐、補植、林地清理等。主要間伐樹種包括：池杉、楓香、欒樹、落羽杉等，主要補植樹種包括：青岡櫟、浙江楠、榔榆等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description:The construction site of this project is located in the ecological protection forest around the Laogang solid waste base on the north side of Gongji East Road in Laogang Town, Tandong Village, Jiangqiao Village, and Zhong'an Village in Xinchang Town, and Beizhuang Village in Zhoupu Town, with a total implementation area of ****.** acres (subject to actual measurement). The construction content includes thinning, replanting, and clearing of forest land. The main thinning tree species include: pond cypress, maple, Luan tree, fallen cypress, etc., and the main replanting tree species include: Qinggang oak, Zhejiang nan, Langyu, etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.)

1）上述人員配備要求系最低配備要求；對于施工技術復雜的項目，供應商可根據(jù)項目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎上適當增加技術管理人員、施工員等人數(shù)；
2）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項目負責人電子信息卡，且無在建項目記錄；
3）本競爭性磋商文件所涉及的園林專業(yè)是指：園林（園林規(guī)劃設計、園林植物、風景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術、風景旅游等專業(yè)；
