Brief Specification Description:The project includes: 1. Optimization of public service functions, mainly the internal and external functions of the villagers' activity center; 2, infrastructure improvement, mainly including Baojia Dock Road, Tangxi Street and other five roads white to black, Party and mass service station in a public toilet internal environment improvement and the construction of two parking lot in the village; 3. Improvement of environmental appearance, mainly including the environmental improvement of a leisure green space in the Beding family home area and a small vegetable garden in the Bao family home area (detailed work contents and requirements are detailed in the competitive negotiation documents, bill of quantities and drawings).

4、具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
5、企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
6、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
7、本項(xiàng)目僅面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購；
8、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established in China (the project does not accept branch companies to participate in procurement activities in their own name); 4, with municipal public engineering construction general contracting qualification level 3 and above; 5, the enterprise has an effective safety production license; 6. The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the professional qualification of municipal public works Grade II or above registered construction engineer, have valid production safety assessment certificate, and have not been the project leader of other construction projects under construction. 7. This project is only for medium, small and micro suppliers; 8. Subcontracting is not allowed in this project.
