（3）供應(yīng)商具有公路工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
（4）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有公路工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格；
（5）提交響應(yīng)文件截止之日前三年內(nèi)，在政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)中無不良行為記錄；
（6）公司資產(chǎn)狀況良好，具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備；依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (3) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of highway engineering construction; (4) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of highway engineering; (5) Within the three years prior to the deadline for submitting response documents, there has been no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities; (6) The company's assets are in good condition and it has the necessary equipment to fulfill the contract; Pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, have a good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
