簡要規(guī)則描述： 街道老舊小區(qū)建成時間較早，房屋的外墻、天溝、屋頂老虎窗、水箱外側(cè)、平改坡側(cè)墻、高層空調(diào)外機罩及屋頂避雷等均有不同程度的破損，且損壞部位多為屋面位置，存在高空墜物隱患。為切實消除高墜風(fēng)險，做好汛期前的準(zhǔn)備工作，經(jīng)排摸，擬對齊一、齊二、齊七、云臺一、上南花苑西苑、雪野二村（6個居民區(qū)6個自然小區(qū)）部分房屋高空墜物隱患進行排除。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單和圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:The old residential area of the street was built earlier, and the external wall of the house, gutter, roof tiger window, outer side of water tank, flat slope side wall, high-rise air conditioner outer cover and roof lightning protection were damaged to varying degrees, and most of the damaged parts were roof positions, and there were hidden dangers of falling objects from high altitude. In order to effectively eliminate the risk of high falling, the preparation work before flood season shall be done well. After arrangement, it is planned to eliminate the hidden dangers of falling objects from high altitude in some houses of Qiyi, Qier, Qiqi, Yuntai I, Shangnan Huayuan Xiyuan and Xueye II Village (6 residential areas and 6 natural communities). (See Bill of Quantities and Drawings for specific quantities and requirements)

（4）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（6）擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.

（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered constructor of Grade II or above in construction engineering specialty, have valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
