簡要規(guī)則描述：在浦東大道地道內建設一套**0兆室內PDT基站，實現(xiàn)浦東大道地道區(qū)域內的PDT無線信號覆蓋（具體要求詳見磋商文件第三章）。
Brief Specification Description:Construct a **0 MHz indoor PDT base station system within the Pudong Avenue Underpass to ensure comprehensive PDT wireless signal coverage throughout the underpass area(For specific requirements, please refer to Chapter 3 of the consultation documents).
合同履約期限：簽訂合同后2個月完成施工建設，項目驗收通過后提供**個月免費保修。
The Contract Period:The construction shall be completed within 2 months after the contract is signed. Upon successful project acceptance, a **-month warranty period with free maintenance services will be provided.

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本采購項目執(zhí)行政府采購有關鼓勵支持節(jié)能產品、環(huán)境認證產品以及支持中小企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位等的政策功能。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This procurement project implements the policy functions of government procurement related to encouraging and supporting energy-saving products, environmental certification products, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare units for the disabled.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、本項目僅面向中小企業(yè)（含中型、小型、微型企業(yè)）采購；
4、為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的潛在投標人，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
5、單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；
6、投標單位須具有電子與智能化工程專業(yè)承包二級及以上資質；
7、投標單位須具有良好的售后服務體系，能提供良好的技術支持；
8、本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(iii)This project is only for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium-sized, small, and micro enterprises).
(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
(vi)Bidders shall possess a professional contracting qualification of Grade II or above for Electronic and Intelligent Engineering.
(vii)Bidders must have a sound after-sales service system and be capable of providing excellent technical support..
(viii)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
