簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目以滿足教育單位安全性、功能性需求為出發(fā)點，通過對校舍的整體維修，最大限度解決校舍安全隱患、滿足教育教學(xué)工作的使用需求，保障教育教學(xué)相關(guān)工作的正常開展。維修內(nèi)容主要包含房屋的內(nèi)外墻、屋面、樓地面、門窗、廁所、照明、樓梯、圍墻、電力工程、給排水、室外總體、消防設(shè)施等。（具體工作內(nèi)容及要求詳見競爭性磋商文件、工程量清單及圖紙）。
Brief Specification Description:This project starts from meeting the safety and functional requirements of educational institutions. Through the overall maintenance of school buildings, it aims to solve the potential safety hazards of school buildings to the greatest extent, meet the usage requirements of educational and teaching work, and ensure the normal operation of related educational and teaching work. The main maintenance contents include the interior and exterior walls, roof, floor and ground, doors and Windows, toilets, lighting, stairs, fences, power engineering, water supply and drainage, outdoor overall design, and fire protection facilities of the house. The specific job content and requirements are detailed in the competitive negotiation documents, bill of quantities and drawings.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
4、供應(yīng)商應(yīng)同時具備以下施工資質(zhì)：1）中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工總承包建筑工程三級或以上資質(zhì)；2）中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的施工專業(yè)承包建筑裝修裝飾工程二級或以上資質(zhì)。
5、企業(yè)具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
6、擬派項目負責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負責(zé)人（（以響應(yīng)文件中提供的加蓋單位公章的《項目負責(zé)人基本情況表》為準（通過上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委員會網(wǎng)站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查詢、打印，首次響應(yīng)文件提交截止時間前7 天內(nèi)打印有效））。
7、處于被政府管理部門禁止參加投標期間的單位不得參與競爭；
8、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
